This delicious Fish Stew has become our family week-end lunch lately. It is so easy, even easier when we prepare it all together. It needs rough chopping and in no time we are all at the table to enjoy this healthy recipe.
If available add baby shrimps, if not it will be still ok. Mushrooms make the dish juicy and invite the kids to start enjoying fish plates.
It is a whole meal, so don’t worry about preparing anything next to it. If you have guests a basic salad will do.
I use salmon with this fish stew and the fishermen prepares it as I want; that is without the skin and fish bones and cut into large cubes. I guess other similar fish will be fine too. I hope you’ll enjoy.
