Healing salad

This time a recipe from my husband. Whenever there is someone coughing in the house he insists that everybody should eat black radish to keep aways the germs. Well the truth is black radish is not something you would call tastey, so in the end, no body but himself used to eat it. With this salad he has found the correct taste and we all like to have it not just for the sake of health but actually it is a delicious salad.

You might think that it is no big deal about making a salad tastey but with this salad it becomes important because the black radish really has a strong taste and if you do not add all the ingredients listed you might not get the correct taste. You need black radish, tomato, carrot, parsley, an onion and 2-3 garlic cloves.

A good trick is to crush the garlic and marinate it with the dressing before adding to the main salad bowl. This way while you eat you won’t even notice that there is garlic in this salad.

Instructions
  1. Grate or use a food processor to grate the black radish, carrot, onion, tomato and parsley.
  2. Crush the garlic and mix it well the sauce ingredients.
  3. Put everything together in a serving bowl and mix.
  4. Enjoy and stay healthy.
