I’ve just completed another Turkish Cooking Class. It was a very multinational group again. There were ladies from Czech Republic, Spain, Germany and the States.I had problems with the oven; but eventually everything turned out great. You will soon see all the recipes on www.turkishyummies.com, some are already there.
I guess the star of the day was baklava. Here is a picture of me with a proud smile. Dolma with Bell Peppers was a success too. It has tricks and to make it good definitely deserves an applause. The rice should not be cooked too much, or else it becomes too sticky. Ours was just how it should be. Here is a picture of them when just lined up in the pot for the final cooking.
We prepared borek too. This time it was tray borek with white/feta cheese and parsley.
