This is so easy to prepare and yet so delicious. Whenever I cook this it is finished so quickly, no left overs at all. As couscous is sold next to pasta one might go ahead and cook it like a spagetti, next time try my way and you’ll notice a huge difference.
I have to open a paranthesis and say – once again- few words about the word couscous. I know that for many it is something else. In Turkey couscous is tiny pasta and not semolina.
Serve as a side dish. Serve warm and enjoy.
