I’ve prepared this recipe with heart shapes for Valentine’s Day. Any shape or combination can be used. You can replace cacao with food coloring too. Everything is up to you and your imagination.

If you are having a difficulty in rolling out the doughs there are things you can do:
- If the dough is sticking to your working space, your hands or your rolling pin, you can sprinkle your working space and your rolling pin with flour.
- If the dough is too soft you can either add some more flour to the dough and knead again or you can put the dough in the fridge for 5 minutes and start working on it again.
- If the dough is cracking add half a tablespoon of liquid oil to your dough, knead again shortly, it will not crack.
These cookies are not only delicious but also good looking. Make sure not to over cook. Hope you’ll try and enjoy.
